When building or renovating – go green !

Switching to energy-efficient lighting is one of the easiest and most cost-effective things you can do to reduce energy use—you could halve your household lighting costs. Compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) only use around 20% of the energy to produce the same amount of light as an incandescent light globe and last between 4 and 10 times longer.

  • Use the sun as it provides free and natural lighting
  • Save electricity and money with more efficient globes—up to 80%
  • Be prepared for the phase-out of incandescent globes

When considering your next build talk to Daniel Banditt Constructions on how you can save money now by installing energy efficient solutions today.

What a ripper, Coronation Hall

Gotta say , we did enjoy taking on this monster. Architect inspired refurbishment along with new toilet facilities, this one tested us at times. Absolutely ecstatic with the results. Check out our portfolio page, for more pictures of this project. Daniel Banditt Constructions saw this one through from conceptual design to completion. All the while liaising with client and architect.
